Since last week was "Severe Weather Awareness Week"
Here's what would happen in the event of a tornado warning during a game at Kaufman:

We would prepare our staff ahead of time as to what were about to do. Then we would invite those guests up on view level to come down and take cover. If the weather was continuing to get worse and we needed for everyone to take cover we would make a public address announcement stating that due to severe weather conditions we ask for everyone to move to the level 2 central services tunnel and follow the instructions of a Royals event staff member. The announcement would also be placed on the Crown Vision board. We would open the all the stadium gates to allow those on the outside to come in for shelter and we would advise guests not to attempt to drive or otherwise leave the stadium as it would be unsafe to do so.
